Day 01: Arrive in Kathmandu 1,300 m and transfer to hotel.
On reaching at Kathmandu international airports, our Experience Treks staff will receive and transfer you to respective hotel, at the hotel our guide will brief you with orientation program of the hotel, Kathmandu city, trekking, do`s and do not and other related information while you are in Nepal with Experience Treks.

Day 02: In Kathmandu a full day private guided city sightseeing tour.
Kathmandu is full of World heritage sites; the temples, monasteries, ancient kings Palaces and courtyard. A full day city sightseeing will be interesting and a memorable tour of setting for the mountains with Experience Treks.

Day 03:Drive to Pokhara 950 m/07 hrs, journey distance 200 km
Morning after breakfast, travel by tourist coach or by private vehicle to Pokhara on the busy scenic highway an interesting drive on the Himalayan foothills on arrival at Pokhara transfer to respective hotel/resort near by beautiful Phewa Lake.

Day 04: Drive to Darbang 940 m/08 hrs. Via Beni 950 m
The scenic drive from Pokhara to Beni bazaar through zigzag road & valleys. The route from Beni to Darbang is by following west of Myagdi River upstream via verdant landscapes over the paddy and sub- tropical forest on the mid hills slopes. The journey takes through the number of scattered farm villages & settlements of a large interesting village of Darbang.

Day 05: Trek to Dharapani 1,560 m/04 hrs.
Today, the trekking is to begins as the trails leads higher gradually for an hour of the bottom of the hill. On leaving the river a steep climb reaches to the cooler area, from here a short easy walk brings to Dharapani village overlooking Putali and Gurja Himalayan peaks part of the Mt. Dhaulagiri massif chain of mountains.

Day 06:Trek to Mure 1,700 m/06 hrs walks.
After Dharapani, to walk follow to the farm fields and to the ridge where the view of Dhaulagiri mountain range is visible. From here trail leads to downhill towards Ghatte khola (water power mill stream) and then with two hours of good steady climb reaches today`s destination at a large village of Mure for the overnight stop.

Day 07: Trek to Bagar 2,375 m/06 hrs.
From Mure village, the trail skirts around and then descends to warmer areas back to paddy fields by the tributary stream then crossing the Dhora Khola. The main trail leads uphill passing to rural farm houses and hamlet and continues to an up and down path around the ridge walk winds to a steep uphill for few hours and then reaches on the top of the hill from where trail descends to Bagar a small farm village after good walk of six hours for the overnight stop. This is the last permanent village for a week till Marpha village at the Kaligandaki valley.

Day 08: Trek to Dovan 2,600 m/06 hours.
On leaving Bagar village and its farm fields, following the path to the forest which climbs on the west side of the river Myagdi, trek follow the narrow undulating trail above the river Myagdi, reaching the ridge top then the path descends steeply into some sections coming to a clearings where we find numbers of stone built Shepherd`s huts. Gradually ascending, encounter the grassy clearings and after a total of 5 to 6 hours of peaceful walk reaching at a level ground of grassy field 'Kharka' named as Dovan for the overnight camp.

Day 09: Trek to Chartara/Bhainsi Kharka 3,000 m/05 hrs.
From Dovan, the walk follows to the river then reaching at a river bank to cross Konaban Khola. After a short walk over the bridge our route follows through the forest with a view of Dhaulagiri I West Wall, a journey heads down to Myagdi Khola with a climb up towards another stream called Pakite Khola after crossing this little stream Pakite khola to the table land of Chautara or Bhainsi Kharka for the overnight camp.

Day 10: Trek to Pakhaban (Japanese Camp) 3,750 m/05 hrs.
After this woodland camp, the trail leads to the clearing of forest area called Italian Base Camp. From here, the trial leads to a rocky spot on a climb on the mountain side ofd the narrow path to cross to a glacier which originate from Dhaulagiri West Wall after climbing to a wide grassy area in a narrow gorge valley of Pakhaban which is also called as Japanese Camp. Pakhaban is a nice camping spot of impressive view of Dhaulagiri I and Tsaurabong Peak.

Day 11: Trek to Dhaulagiri Base Camp 4,750 m/06 hrs.
Today’s, trek leads to our destination at Dhaulagiri base camp following a lateral moraine from Pakhaban and to a rocky ridge that descends to the right side of the valley covered in snows and fallen ice, rocks walking along the undulating glacier surface as the valley bends to the right bank route with short up and down passage to Dhaulagiri base camp at 4,750 m high with awesome view of Dhaulagiri I North Face at close distance and to the west peaks of Dhaulagiri II (7,751 m), III (7,715 m) and IV (7,618 m) and the notorious Ice fall between Dhaulagiri and Tukuche Peak.

Day 12:Trek to Hidden Valley 4,900 m/07-08 hrs via French Pass 5,360 m
After wonderful time of absolute wildernesses at the base camp, the journey heads crossing moraine and glacier walk follows near Tukuche Peak. After the glacier climb on a rocky and ice terraced hill entering a gentle slope to the valley with a gentle climb up to French Col at 5,360 meters the highest point of this trip. On reaching French Pass festooned with Buddhist prayer flag/lungta by trekkers and climbers in respect to the holy mountain spirit, from this top offers stunning view of Sita Chuchura, Mukut Himal, Tashi Kang surrounding the Hidden valley and to the right hand side Tukche Peak and the rear view of massif Dhaulagiri I. From here, gradual descended on the snow covered ground leads to a wide hidden valley.This is the Valley which remained undiscovered until last few decades. walking for an hour to reach our campsite at the end of the valley overlooking stunning views of the landscapes and high peaks from the campsite.

Day 13: Reserve or free day.
Contingency, reserve or a free day in case if there`s a problem or difficulty along the route. If all goes well with the itinerary days can enjoy rest day here to explore of hidden valleys.

Day 14: Trek to Yak Kharka 4,915 m/05 hrs.
After a wonderful time of Hidden valley, adventure continues to cross Dhampus Pass at 5,250 m. The trek follows on the gradual path to an hour of short climbs then it narrow on the screed of for an hour of towards high traverse across Dhampus/Thapa Pass at 5,250 m overlooking the deep gorge of Kaligandaki valley and the Annapurna mountain range beyond. At the top of the ridge of Dhampus Pass, view of Mukut Himal is visible from here a long steep descend covered mountain side until to the campsite at Yak Kharka. Yak Kharka, a summer pasture & Dhaulagiri I is hidden by the bulk of Tuckche Peak, Nilgiri and the west end of Annapurna range are visible.

Day 15: Trek to Marpha 2,630 m/04 hrs.
From Yak Kharka, it is the last day in the wilderness as the route to Marpha meets the popular Jomsom and Annapurna circuit trekking trail. The walk leads towards a steep down along the narrow mountain path to a ridge from where Dhaulagiri I and the Tukche Peak become visible again. Then on the path along the Kaligandaki river up to Marpha village on the winding mountain path that ends downwards to cross a stream to reach a little settlement of Alubari then journey continues to a descend on the zigzag trail with a final downhill to the center of the Marpha village for overnight stop. Marpha village is a charming village in Kaligandkai valley famous for its apple & Apricot orchids and its products.

Day 16:Trek to Ghasa, 2,050 m/06 hrs walk.
After a wonderful time in Marpha, heading towards warmer areas avoiding the motorable roads, the walking are enjoyable following the Kaligandaki river reaching at Tukuche village, beneath the towering Tukuche peak and Dhaulagiri with spectacular views of Mt. Nilgiri's and the massif icefalls which tumbles from the Dhaulagiri's east face. After an hour walk from Tukuche coming to Larjung village then crossing the broad river bed via a high suspension bridge, an hour walk back to the tree lines of pines, oaks and rhododendron with awesome view of Dhaulagiri peak and its icefall. From the bridge, a short walk bring to Kalopani village. Kalopani, another lovely village of more than 40 houses with excellent lodges with grandeur view of Mt. Annapurna I, Nilgiri's and Dhaulagiri above the beautiful forest surrounding. A short descends brings you at Lete village. Walk from Lete onwards leads to dramatic change in landscapes walkings in the gorge, from dry land to pine and conifer forests passing between the two giant peaks of Dhaulagiri and the Annapurna. The first two hours of trek passes through the village of Ghasa with constant view of the snowcapped peaks ofs the cool forest surrounding. There are many settlements and isolated lodges and tea houses with open areas with enchanting forest and impressive views. Below Ghasa, which is the southern end of the area dominated by Thakali people with fewer of this ethnic tribe till Tatopani, the architectural style change, with much ornately carved wood work in evidence.

Day 17: Trek to Tatopani 1,190 m/06 hrs. 
This pleasant walk amidst the beautiful surrounding continues back to the terraced paddy fields and into warm sub-tropical climate all the way to the village of Tatopani passing through the beautiful Rupchhe waterfalls and Dana village. Tatopani (Hot Spring) village, the valley is quite narrow and is quite warm with sub-tropic climate and vegetation. This is the nice village with large hot spring pools just by the bank of the River Kaligandaki.

Day 18:From Tatopani drive to Pokhara 950 m via Beni 950 m/07 hrs journey. 
From the Tatopani village, an interesting drive towards Pokhara, the drive leads to Beni. On this town Beni where it will be a full circuit of the Dhaulagiri round, the drive continues for another 05 hours and then reaching at Pokhara for the overnight stop near pristine Phewa Lake afternoon free for local excursions around the lake side.

Day 19: Drive to Kathmandu and transfer to respective hotel.
After an enjoyable time of Pokhara, morning drives leads on the scenic road to Kathmandu following Marsyangdi and Trishuli River for almost 03/04 hrs and then reaching Kathmandu after a great time in the high Annapurna Himalayan range with Experience Treks.

Day 20:Transfer to airport for international departure.
Last days in this magic awesome Himalaya and with grand memorable time in the mountains with Experience Treks, as per your flight time our staff will transfer you to airport for your final departure for homeward bound.
